TERMS❧ Do not claim my work as your own.❧ Please credit me as @foxyappleart in your bio, twitch panel, tweets, about page, etc when posting my commission!❧ Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (reselling) without my permission.❧ Do not mint/sell the commission work for NFT or legal action will be taken❧ I have the right to refuse your commission request❧ I have the right to stream the process of your commission unless client states otherwise.❧ I have the right to draw personal work while doing your commissionPAYMENT and PROCESS❧ Commissions are accepted and discussed via Email❧ Payment will be done via PayPal Invoice❧ Payments will be made UP FRONT in FULL
❧ I will not start working until payment is received❧ Please provide multiple/complete references❧ Character design from piecemeal/description available for SKETCHES ONLY and REQUIRE IMAGES TO REFRENCE❧ There are three stages: 1.Concept sketch > 2.Lines > 3.Colour❧ Progress shots will be given at request (Feel free to ask for updates but please be patient)❧ Up to 2 free revisions are allowed on stage 1, and then two more once colours are finished on stage 3!FEES and COMMERCIAL USE❧ Extra fees for large addons or complex designs (wings, weapons, armor, intricate fur patterns etc)❧ Add-on characters add an additional 150% of the original commission.❧ Commercial rights:
For streaming on Twitch, Tiktok, Youtube, etc: +50% of the total price of the commission (Pngs, Talksprites, models, designs, etc)
__For Merchandise: __+300% of the total price of the commission for the rights to sell and redistribute my art as merch.

How to commission me: Send me an email with the commission type you want as the subject! Then in the body include all information needed such as: what you'd like, a reference of the character(s) and a tiny blurb about their personality! This will help me draw them!
